In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of French Act no. 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, as amended (hereinafter the “Data Protection Act”), the processing of any personal data collected from the Website has been previously declared in France to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) pursuant to a declaration filed under the number 2094707.

Mandatory fields and purposes of the processing
The Website contains a questionnaire to apply to the club. All questions that are marked with an asterisk are mandatory fields. If no answer is provided to these mandatory questions, membership request will be incomplete and therefore denied. Any other personal data is optional and voluntarily provided by the user.
For mandatory fields, personal data collected via the questionnaire and processed by APOLLINAIRE société d’avocats are strictly necessary in order to allow APOLLINAIRE société d’avocats to ensure the management, billing, follow-up on its clients’ files, marketing and assessment of the membership request of users of the Website so that it may fulfil its obligation of identification of its clients.
Personal data collected on the Website are proceeded by partners or members of APOLLINAIRE société d’avocats. It is not sold to third parties whether or not in return for payment.
Length of data storage
Personal data of users are not stored beyond a period of ten years after the last membership or renewal of membership.
Users’ rights
Within the limits of the Data Protection Law, each user has a right to access, to rectify and to object to (for legitimate reasons) their personal data. These rights may be exercised by writing to c.alleaume@apollinaire-avocats.eu (providing proof of identity). If the relevant user is a member of the club, he/she may also amend his/her data directly from his/her personal account. He/she will have the duty to justify any change.
Pursuant to article 40-1 of the Data Protection Law, each user may also give directives relating to the storage, erasure and communication of his/her personal data after his/her death.
